After changing my computer from a domain to workgroup and restarted the computer logged on as local administrator and then the Windows 10 icon appeared in lower right hand corner I ran the mediacreationtool and now installing windows 10 thanks for the suggestion very strange that you must do it this way but it is installing now Thanks for the update.
